You can print as many times as you like. You can print at home in any kind of paper. You can also print at a local print shop or an online printing service.
If you would like us to customize the food diary - for example size in order for it to fit paper such as A5 then please contact us before placing the order. This has an additional cost as it is a custom work.

Due to the digital nature of the products, NO REFUNDS can be given after purchase. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please get in contact if you have any problems with your order.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
After it's purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. The customer will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.
This link will expire 24 hours after it's first clicked.
The digital download link can be resent if you require.
