Coconut Orange Smoothie
Coconut Orange Smoothie Smoothie is full of sunshine. I love to make this in the winter to remind me of warm summer days.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 orange
1/4 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1 cup of coconut milk
Method:
Rinse the cucumber and orange and chop. Remove the peel from the banana and chop.
Transfer these ingredients into the blender.
Add the juice of the lemon, and a cup of coconut milk.
Mix till you reach the consistency that you like. It should be smooth and creamy.
Additional Notes:
I find this sweet enough as it is but if you require it to be sweeter than add a bit of honey.
I chop my fruit and vegetables in advance and freeze them. I can then add them straight from the freezer in the morning which makes it very quick. Simply add the coconut milk from the refrigerator.
Remove the peel if you wish.
Not a fan of coconut milk, try an alternative dairy-free milk.
